The Mentor Network

Coaches supporting coaches

TSDL is powered by a group of experienced mentor coaches who support one another and welcome newer coaches into the fold. It is a vibrant, ongoing exchange of lesson plans, classroom-management approaches, judging philosophy, and the hard-won know-how that makes coaching sustainable. New coaches gain a network from day one, and experienced coaches keep sharpening their craft. If you would like to be paired with a mentor, or to serve as one, we would love to connect you.
